Sofia was the Greek Goddess of Wisdom. What wisdom does life hold in today's modern times?
The most compelling part of this photo for me is actually not the car … it is the trees in the pots on the little balconies above it.

What caught my eye was the yellow of the car and building, and then the lacyness of the trees and iron balcony rail contrasted with the solid stucco of the walls and metal of the car. π

Yup – that works. Maybe that’s why the trees caught my eye … the contrast to the solid walls π
It’s a great photo either way π

I don’t see too many yellow cars. Thanks for playing. π

You’re welcome! I couldn’t resist photographing the yellow car in front of the yellow building π

I also like the yellow car // yellow building – and the slopes – the angel of the car then the lines of the balcony – it all just makes you turn your head – and Lisbon is a place on my bucket list π

tile – lots of tile – that is what I think of for some reason – and crazy how it seems like so many bloggers I encounter have gone here – I wonder why it is such a popular destination? just curious as to what brought you thereβ¦ π

A good friend brought me there. She went to visit her cousin and said I could join her. I jumped at the chance leaving my husband (who’s not much of a traveler) and business for a couple of weeks. I just rolled with whatever came up and had a wonderful time! It was a fantastic opportunity and I couldn’t pass it up, but it wasn’t planned at all! Judging by my experience, Lisbon is a wonderful city and the people are great! π
