This is my response to the Photography 101 prompt, “landscape.”
It snowed on the first day of spring last week. I took this photograph the day after at a local reservoir and park.
We got just a light dusting this morning, which is now melted. Who’d have thought you New Englanders would have a longer winter then us here in Wisconsin? Well, lucky you, it looks beautiful.

It was beautiful! It snowed all afternoon and into the night on Friday. It’s mostly melted now. The landscape has turned temporarily to shades of dull brown.
